Jasa traces her love for reading back to a godly romance novel she read in her tweens. Vickie’s mom enrolled her in a book club and her grandmother was convinced she could read before she was old enough because she memorized Dr. Seuss. One of her greatest treasures is her grandfather’s Bible because they shared a love for reading and passed books back and forth.

Book addiction

Vickie teases Jasa about her book addiction. In order to retain what she’s reading, she opens her books with a pencil, a pen and a highlighter. Then she loans them out.
