God is faithful to answer prayer. Keeping a journal reminds us of His faithfulness and how we got to participate.
It’s hard to comprehend how much Christ loves us. But He died for us and He rescued us from hell while we were His enemies. That alone should make us want to love Him more.
Cultivate your relationship. Intentionally seek Him more. You cannot simply muster up more love for the Lord. You need time alone with Him, time in prayer and time in His word. But prayer is a discipline and requires wrestling with your will.

Next park your mind on a scripture every night before your head hits the pillow. Focus on it, pray it. Replace anxious thoughts with truth and don’t let your runaway thoughts spin like a cotton candy machine in your head and pick up lies.
The result of loving Christ is engaging our hopes, desires and expectations with Him. Then we will never be disappointed. It’s a set up for success. We become a new creation in Him.
Focus on Christ: what He has done, what He is doing and what He will do. And pray, “Lord, let me see a glimpse of You.”
